WHAT IS WAVE TRAINING?

Wave Training is a non-competitive instructional program designed specifically for beginners and players with limited experience. Twice a week, we offer a welcoming space to develop fundamental skills, build confidence, and foster a love for the game.

Open to female players from 6th to 9th grade.

• Structured skill development: Master the fundamentals of passing, setting, hitting, and serving under the watchful eye of skilled coaches.

• Strategic understanding: Gain insights into game plays, formations, and rotations, laying the foundation for future volleyball endeavors.

• Inclusive and supportive environment: Forge lasting friendships with like-minded peers who share your passion for the game, free from the anxieties of competition.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Wave Training North starts on Monday, 

November 2nd, 2026 and ends on Thursday, May 27th, 2027.
