Our Philosophy
Miami Wave is a family owned and oriented volleyball club, founded by Marco Paglialunga, long time Italian Volleyball National Team Coach and Mia Causevic, Croatian Pro player that played in the top League in Italy (Serie A) for numerous years, before moving to Florida.
Our core values describe how we should act in order to accomplish the tasks leading to achieving our mission:

Our Mission
Miami Wave Volleyball Club’s mission is to produce technically skilled volleyball players who aspire to compete at the highest possible level. To achieve this, our highly trained coaches provide focused, skill-based instruction in a supportive, team-building environment with their unique training methods, strength and conditioning, individual position training and attention to detail – those are the qualities that sets us apart from the competition.
