This is a personal 1-on-1 training session. The coaching staff will begin by learning about the player’s personal goals followed by a complete skill assessment of the individual player. Our coaches will then create a training plan for the player which will outline the skills, objectives, and drills to build upon during the training sessions.
SMALL GROUP LESSONS
Similar to our individual training, players are evaluated on an individual basis. However, practices are focused on collective needs of the group. This is a more cost effective option to training. It offers players the ability to train with others of similar skill set while working together as a small team.
