Miami Wave's competitive program serves grades 4–12 through Coconut Grove and Miami Shores pathways. A team season involves both practice and tournament attendance. Ask about the actual roster, weekly gym assignment and travel schedule before accepting.

White and Aqua: national travel pathways

The published 2026–27 tiers provide three weekly practices, a November–June season, national qualifiers, AAU Nationals, recruiting support and Hudl access. White includes additional positional sessions. Confirm the final tournament list for the offered team.

Teal and Black: compare travel and training

Teal lists three weekly practices and an in-state tournament pathway. Black lists two weekly practices and a November–May season with local tournaments; an AAU extension may carry an additional fee. Team names alone do not establish fit or playing time.

The May–August 2026 tryout windows have passed. Contact the club about an evaluation and current openings. Use the official 2026–27 age chart to confirm eligibility rather than assuming that school grade determines the club division.

Are all teams travel teams?

Travel commitments differ by tier. Review the offered team's tournament schedule, including overnight trips and optional events.

Is college recruiting support included?

The published White and Aqua tiers include recruiting support and Hudl access. College admission, recruitment and scholarships depend on the athlete and college decisions.
