Find a first volleyball program for your child: Little Volley for elementary school and Wave Training for girls in grades 6–10.

Find the right program

Elementary school: Little Volley

For grades K–5, start with a program designed around younger children. Little Volley uses smaller courts, lighter balls and small-sided play to give children more opportunities to touch the ball. Choose Coconut Grove, North Miami or South Miami.

Grades 6–10: Wave Training

Wave Training is for female beginners and players with limited experience. Two weekly sessions develop passing, setting, serving, hitting and understanding of the game. It is a noncompetitive alternative to a travel-team season.

School experience and the next step

If your daughter already plays at school, tell us her grade, experience and goals. Training can build confidence before an evaluation; competitive placement depends on the player and available roster spots.
